Project Description: A 218,000 S.F. 3 building project (190,000-s.f. renovation/tenant finish out and 28,000 s.f. of new construction/tenant finish out). Ben was responsible for Design Development, City, State and Federal code analysis , negotiations and compliance, Building permit negotiations and compliance, construction document production, (including A City of Austin Land Development Plan and information needed for a Planned Unit Development and Shared Parking Agreement), quality control and dispute resolution.
