Welcome to the Sustainable Design Center! We are an architectural firm located in Austin Texas. We combine many decades of experience on a wide variety of residential, multi-family, and commercial projects with a focus toward Sustainability that has been refined and developed since 1993 under the firm Benjamin C. Obregon Architect.

We believe that with careful attention to site, design, materials and construction, any building can be resource efficient, energy efficient and have a positive impact on those who occupy it, often for a cost that is comparable to or less than traditional construction.
