Project Status: Construction Documents completed in 1996

Project Description:2800 s.f. 2-story home set into a hillside for thermal considerations. The building is oriented for passive solar heating, cooling and natural ventilation. It captures the southeasterly breeze while the porches on the east and south provide shade and allow views of approximately 20 miles toward the sunrise. All west-facing windows are protected by overhangs and arches.
